The 2018 America the Beautiful Quarters Three-Coin Set™ – Voyageurs National Park is the third of five sites to be honored in 2018 and the 43rd overall in the America the Beautiful Quarters® Program. Visitors can see and touch rocks half as old as the world, immerse themselves in the sights and sounds of a boreal forest, view the dark skies, or ply the interconnected water routes.
The reverse (tails) design depicts a common loon with a rock cliff in the background. Inscriptions are “VOYAGEURS,” “MINNESOTA,” “2018,” and “E PLURIBUS UNUM.”
Each three-coin set features an uncirculated quarter from the Philadelphia Mint, an uncirculated quarter from the Denver Mint, and a proof quarter from the San Francisco Mint. The coins are held in a durable plastic card that features a picturesque image and a brief description of the site and the coin, as well as a Certificate of Authenticity on the back of the card.
