The 2009 American Samoa Official First Day Coin Cover is the fourth coin cover in a series featuring the 2009 District of Columbia and U.S. Territories Quarters. This limited-edition cover – only 20,000 will be produced – features two American Samoa quarters from the first day of mintage – June 1, 2009 – on a handsome display card inside an envelope with a U.S. 44-cent Flag stamp. The postmark of JULY 27, 2009, PAGO PAGO, AS, marks the day the American Samoa quarters were first released to the public.
