2004 Iowa Quarter 100-Coin Bag, Philadelphia (QK3)

Sold Out
The Iowa state quarter is the 29th coin to be released in the 50 State Quarters® Program. This bag is filled with 100 coins and features quarters used in regular commercial transactions. These coins are struck on our main production floor at the United States Mint at Philadelphia. The product bag is marked with the mint of origin and "$25.00" designating its dollar value.

Iowa became the 29th state to be admitted into the Union on December 28, 1846. The Iowa quarter design is based on Grant Wood's painting "Arbor Day." It incorporates a one-room schoolhouse, with a teacher and students planting a tree, and the inscription "Foundation in Education".

The United States Mint will accept and fulfill all orders beginning Monday, August 30, 2004. Iowa (P) 100-coin bags will be available for approximately 10 weeks after this date. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery.
