The coins are mounted on a display card inside an envelope with the U.S. 46-cent Patriotic Star stamp. The cover also features a portrait of President Roosevelt, and a postmark of May 9, 2013, New York, NY, marks the day the Theodore Roosevelt $1 Coin Cover was issued by the U.S. Mint.
